Line Cook / Garde Manger

Line cook and garde manger wanted for full or part time positions. Ideal candidate should have a solid culinary background, minimum 2 years kitchen, line cook or garde manger experience and references. Immediate availability a plus. We are seeking an individual who has experience in the food service industry as a cook, line cook or garde manger and is committed to impeccable food preparation, presentation, and garnishing.

Job Skills:

  • 2+ years’ cook, line cook or garde manger experience
  • Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
  • High level of professionalism
  • Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
  • Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
  • Flexible hours/days
